Vincent Prunier
Vincent Punier founded his estate in 1988, establishing a family-run domaine that has steadily grown into a 13-hectare property rooted in some of Burgundy’s most distinguished terroirs.
The vineyards are spread across prestigious appellations including Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin, allowing the estate to craft a diverse and expressive range of wines that reflect the nuance of each site.
All grapes are harvested by hand to ensure optimal selection and full preservation of fruit integrity. Vinification is followed by a traditional élevage in oak barrels, where the wines mature for 11 to 18 months depending on the cuvée and vintage conditions. This measured aging approach allows structure, aromatic complexity, and textural finesse to develop gradually without masking the expression of terroir.
