Maison Lispaul
Lispaul Estate is a family-run winery located in the village of Tracy-sur-Loire, two hours south of Paris.
The cellar lies at the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation area, in an environment enhanced by the presence of the Loire, France’s longest wild river.
The clay-limestone soils, ideally suited to the cultivation of Sauvignon Blanc, enable us to produce high-quality wines with distinctive aromas.
David comes from a family wine estate and, after completing studies dedicated to viticulture, decided to establish his own winery with his partner, Shirley. As David explains: « Our Pouilly-Fumé AOC and our Val de Loire IGP are produced exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The Sancerre and Menetou-Salon appellations are also represented within Maison Lispaul, allowing us to offer our customers a range of wines rich in aromas and character. »
